RENTAL HEATERS: Diesel-Fueled Glycol Heater
At Temperature Control Rental Solutions, we offer an HK3000GRTH Mobile Glycol Heating System to quickly and economically prevent frost, thaw frozen ground, cure concrete, and provide a temporary heat source when the temperature drops. This unit is quiet, efficient, and compact, yet powerful enough to cover all your job site needs. Each model includes a positive displacement pump to provide consistent heat delivery and maximum flow.
How Our Mobile Glycol Heating System Works
A mobile glycol heater typically consists of a boiler, a pump, a blower fan, and a hose filled with a propylene glycol mixture. The heating hose is laid out evenly across the surface that needs heating. The fuel-fed boiler heats the glycol as it pumps through the hose, heating the ground or other surfaces.
The blower fan distributes heated air across the area, while a vapor barrier surrounding the hose keeps the moisture inside. Laying an optional insulated blanket over the hose can prevent heat from escaping.
HK3000GRTH Glycol Heater for Rent
Renting an effective mobile heater for your specific needs can help you quickly overcome the potential challenges of an unstable climate. Our diesel-fueled glycol heater is one of the most efficient rental options for covering a large work area. The unit's overall size is 13 feet long, 6.5 feet wide, and 6.5 feet high.
Primary Features
The trailer features a rugged unibody design and a durable torsion axle for better towing. Some of the primary features are:
User-friendly controls: The control panel consists of easy-to-use switches, a digital display, and return temperature controls with operation and warning lights. The CSA-certified system uses a large emergency stop button and a ground-fault interrupt breaker for extra safety.
Double-loop technology: More fluid, shorter hoses, and higher efficiency pumps with increased flow allow the HK3000GRTH to provide more consistent warmth to your site for optimized ground thawing and concrete curing results.
Large-area heating capabilities: The HK3000GRTH can thaw up to 5600 square feet, cure up to 11,200 square feet and supply temporary heating for up to 12,000 square feet.
Enhanced structural components: The ample glycol reservoir, larger access doors, and oversized wheels provide improved operating efficiency and easy transport.
