How the TCRS 80-Ton Air Conditioning Unit Works
Our 80-ton rental unit is entirely self-contained and features scroll compressors. These devices work by taking in ambient or return air and using the compressors to remove the heat.
The specialty design allows for larger temperature drops on 100% ambient conditions compared to standard air conditioners. The blower has a vari-drive controller allowing the airflow to be adjusted from 50% up to 100% of the design flow to match your application. Temperature can be controlled by supplying air, returning air, or remotely. Condensers are designed to work in extreme environments up to 120 °F.
The air conditioning system works continuously to maintain a cool environment.
